Profile Details
Job Purpose
To empower the Redington workforce with latest and best-in-class learning resources and creating a culture of continuous learning through trainings interventions, e-learning and learning paths to ensure optimum individual performance aligning with the organizational goals.
Key Result Responsibilities
Training Schedule Management
  • Coordinate and manage training schedules for various programs and sessions.
  • Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and participants to ensure timely scheduling and attendance.
Logistics Coordination
  • Arrange training venues, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for trainers and participants as needed.
Learning Management System
  • Custodian of LMS
  • Scheduling, Managing and updating programs on LMS
  • Managing Data points and regular checks in LMS
Training Operations
  • Maintain and update training materials, resources, and databases.

  • Provide administrative support for training programs, including record-keeping, data entry and report generation. Maintain MIS of the Learning and Development initiatives, vendor registrations and payment processing, venue identification.

  • Managing the monthly, weekly, & daily report creating in MS Excel through in-depth analysis and producing the actionable information.

  • Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and communications.

  • Monitor training sessions to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.

  • Collect feedback from participants and trainers to continuously improve training programs.

E-learning
  • Supporting in content creations, Bit-Sized Learning, etc.

  • LinkedIn learning– content, assignment and completion.

  • Managing LinkedIn Learning – Sending timely reports, Promoting platform to the Redingtonians

Job Specifications
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages, etc.)
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in training coordination, logistics management, or administrative support.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage training schedules, logistics, and materials.
  • Proven ability to convey scheduling details, address inquiries, and ensure attendance.
  • Experience in managing a Learning Management System (LMS) with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in maintaining organized and accurate documentation.
  • Strong analytical abilities to manage reports and conduct in-depth analysis in MS Excel.
