Job Purpose
Key Result Responsibilities
Training Schedule Management
- Coordinate and manage training schedules for various programs and sessions.
- Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and participants to ensure timely scheduling and attendance.
Logistics Coordination
- Arrange training venues, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for trainers and participants as needed.
Learning Management System
- Custodian of LMS
- Scheduling, Managing and updating programs on LMS
- Managing Data points and regular checks in LMS
Training Operations
Maintain and update training materials, resources, and databases.
Provide administrative support for training programs, including record-keeping, data entry and report generation. Maintain MIS of the Learning and Development initiatives, vendor registrations and payment processing, venue identification.
Managing the monthly, weekly, & daily report creating in MS Excel through in-depth analysis and producing the actionable information.
Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and communications.
Monitor training sessions to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
Collect feedback from participants and trainers to continuously improve training programs.
E-learning
Supporting in content creations, Bit-Sized Learning, etc.
LinkedIn learning– content, assignment and completion.
Managing LinkedIn Learning – Sending timely reports, Promoting platform to the Redingtonians
Job Specifications
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages, etc.)
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in training coordination, logistics management, or administrative support.
- Ability to coordinate and manage training schedules, logistics, and materials.
- Proven ability to convey scheduling details, address inquiries, and ensure attendance.
- Experience in managing a Learning Management System (LMS) with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in maintaining organized and accurate documentation.
- Strong analytical abilities to manage reports and conduct in-depth analysis in MS Excel.
