Key Responsibilities
1. Keyword Research and Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for improved organic search visibility.
- Analyze competitor websites and industry trends to identify strategic keywords.
2. On-Page Optimization
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to align with targeted keywords.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
3. Off-Page Optimization
- Implement off-page optimization strategies, including link building and influencer outreach.
- Build and manage relationships with external partners to secure high-quality backlinks
4. Technical SEO
- Assist in conducting technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting website performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.
5. Reporting and Analysis
- Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor and report on website performance.
- Generate regular reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
6. Content Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to align content strategies with SEO goals.
- Ensure that content is optimized for search engines and meets SEO best practices.
7. Stay Updated on SEO Trends
- Stay informed about the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
- Propose and implement innovative strategies based on industry changes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 4+ years experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with cross-functional departments.
