- Identify new products and successfully implemented for additional revenue.
- Develop agent network across globally.
- Experience in handling all types of products in Freight forwarding.
- Experience in managing team.
- Experience in handling multi country in the region.
Job Specifications
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages, etc.)
- At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in freight management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing freight operations at a regional level, including overseeing multiple distribution centers or warehouses.
- Experience in negotiating contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics service providers.
- Proven track record of optimizing freight networks, reducing transportation costs, and improving efficiency.
- Experience in managing a team of logistics professionals and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
