- Creating SOPs for Operations team
- Documenting Error Reports
- Ability to prioritize and diagnose problems
- Following standard procedures for issue resolution and proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer application/technology
- Relevant experience of 3-5 years Exp
- Able to create SQL based Database queries
- Knowledge in .Net programming
