  • Following standard procedures for issue resolution and proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer application/technology 
  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years Exp 
  • Able to create SQL based Database queries 
  • Knowledge in .Net programming 
  • Good communication skills
