- Develop and implement different strategies to ensure the stabilization of the product. Execute aggressive plans by working closely in association with sales to market the new products. Identify the potential customers and vendors and try to build strong relationship with vendors and partners.
- Vendor Management
- Executing the Vendor Strategy
- Assisting in Vendor bid document
- To manage the vendor programs and promotions
- Manage the vendor relationship
- Aligning with the vendor sales team
- Grow the product. Should be on top of Vendor innovation and ensure that we are aligned to it
- Partner management
- Identity the partner needs to be managed – Liasoning with the Vendor and being a source of market intelligence to the vendor and solution SPOC for partner
- Responsible for product overall working capital Management (Inventory, operations, etc.)
- Design and plan different promotional material and campaigns
- Plan and execute on stocking and sell outs
- Identify the present as well as the future opportunities that exist for their product line.
- Review and analyze the reports based on the performance of the products in the market.
- Follow ups with stake holders on lead, forecasting, follow ups, sales closing
- Understanding the customer needs and latest market trends
- Good understanding of the server and storage business .
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, vendor management, or a related role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of server and storage technologies with a focus on the latest market trends.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies for product stabilization and growth.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in managing vendor and partner relationships, including bid document assistance and program management.
