Pre-Sales Demand Generation Associate

About the Position
We are seeking Pre-Sales Demand Generation Associate to join our growing team at our office in Indore. The Pre-Sales Demand Generation Associate will play a crucial role in the lead generation process by combining technical knowledge with marketing and sales strategies. As a Pre-Sales Demand Generation Associate you will be associated with top brands like Microsoft, AWS, Huawei, Secureworks, HPE, Dell with access to training and certification as required. You will be responsible for contacting IT Decision Makers (IT Managers, IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs) daily via phone and email to introduce, discuss and help evaluate some of the latest products and solutions from your assigned brand, help deliver POCs as and when required. This position requires a deep understanding of products/services to generate leads and the ability to articulate their technical benefits to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies leveraging technical insights to create awareness, interest, and engagement with potential leads.
2. Lead Identification
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads within target markets using technical insights and various research tools.
3. Technical Communication
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads within target markets using technical insights and various research tools.
4. Content Development
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create technical content, whitepapers, case studies, and other materials to support demand generation efforts.
5. CRM Management
  • Utilize CRM software to manage, track, and analyze lead interactions and progress through the sales pipeline.
6. Technical Expertise
  • Stay updated on product enhancements, updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed insights during sales engagements
7. Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to align technical messaging with customer needs
8. Reporting and Analysis

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Applications, Engineering,
    Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software solutions, IT infrastructure, or
    related products/services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical
    concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and
    analysis.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented
    environment.
  • Previous experience in a technical sales, marketing, or customer-facing role is preferred
    but not mandatory.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, industry trends, and sales
    methodologies.
