Profile Details
Key Result Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure funding for activities from vendors.
- Plan and execute for regional industry events such as GITEX.
- Create and conceptualize Redington owned event assets for every segment of associations that Redington works with.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and vendor management.
Regional Marketing
- Develop regional insights for middle east business and provide updates to Business Units.
- Reach out and build relationship with government entities where potential collaboration is possible.
- Develop intelligence around potential vendors to be added on portfolio.
- Develop intelligence around competition distribution in ME.
- Work with Regional sales teams and ensure channel success (programs, giveaways, seasonal marketing requirements etc.)
CRM Integration
- Leverage CRM systems to manage and segment event participant lists for targeted communication.
- Utilize CRM analytics to understand participant behaviour, preferences, and engagement levels.
- Drive deal registrations via the activities and ensure sales inputs.
- Drive pipeline expansion initiatives
Job Specifications
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages, etc.)
- Must be Masters in Marketing.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in relevant field.
- Confident, outgoing personality with a natural inclination towards learning.
- Previous experience in agency settings highly valued.
- Startup Exposure is beneficial.
