About the Position

We are seeking young energetic to join HR Manager for our growing team at our office in Indore, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, employee engagement, talent management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with the company’s objectives

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR programs and policies.
2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create workforce plans.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
4. HR Policy and Compliance
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement.
5. Performance Management
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
6. Training and Development
  • Identify training and development needs within the organization.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning.
7. Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Manage the compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Administer employee benefits and address employee inquiries.
8.Payroll Processing
  • Oversee and manage the payroll processing function.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement.
  • Stay updated on payroll tax laws and regulations
9. Employee Engagement Program
  • Develop, implement, and oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze employee engagement metrics to drive improvements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
