Key Responsibilities
1. Web Development
- Translate design mock-ups and wireframes into responsive and visually appealing web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement solutions for various screen sizes and resolutions.
2. Collaboration
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications and provide input on user interface design.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end logic with server-side logic.
3. Optimization
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct performance testing and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
4. Cross-Browser Compatibility
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve issues related to different browsers and devices.
- Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices.
5. Code Quality and Standards
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality software development.
6. Responsive Design
- Implement responsive design principles to create seamless user experiences across various devices.
7. Debugging and Issue Resolution
- Identify and address front-end issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+.
- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
