Profile Details
Key Result Responsibilities
- Weekly / monthly report preparation and review with team along with BU Head
- Identify and improve warehouse TAT and manpower productivity.
- Document and audit warehouse processes / SOPs periodically
- Customer / product / sector analysis and insights for business and sales
- Identify and implement process automation.
- Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to assess progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Assist BU Head in all Strategy related activities.
- Monitor industry trends and developments and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Job Specifications
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages, etc.)
- Master’s degree in business administration preferably in Logistics / SCM, and Engineering degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Analytics / Strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully designing, reviewing and implementing complex strategic projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplistically articulate complex ideas to a diverse audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello preferable
with
